Hi, I'm Alexia!

Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach specializing in women’s health during perimenopause and menopause.

I help women navigate the weight gain, cravings, low energy, and body changes that can come with this stage of life — through an approach that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable.

Over the course of my work, I began to notice a pattern.

So many women—smart, capable, and deeply committed to their health—were feeling frustrated with their bodies.

They were eating well.

They were trying to stay active.

They were doing their best.

And yet, something felt different.

Weight gain felt harder to manage.

Energy felt less steady.

Cravings felt stronger.

Sleep felt more fragile.

And what used to work no longer worked the same way.

For many women, this creates confusion, self-doubt, and the feeling that they simply need to try harder.

But the more I listened, the more I saw that this was not about a lack of discipline.

It was about a lack of support for what the body is going through in midlife.

My work is rooted in a simple belief:

Your body is not something to fight against. It is something to understand and support.

During perimenopause and menopause, the body is changing in real and meaningful ways.

And when we begin to work with those changes—instead of pushing against them— everything starts to feel more aligned.

That means moving away from extreme or restrictive approaches and focusing on:

  • nourishment instead of deprivation

  • metabolism support instead of metabolic stress

  • realistic habits instead of perfection

  • strength and energy instead of punishment

  • the “why” behind what your body is experiencing

Because lasting change does not come from pressure.

It comes from support, clarity, and consistency.

The Hormone Harmony Method™

Through my work, I developed the Hormone Harmony Method™ as a way to bring together what I saw women needing most during this stage of life:

Tranquil Sunset Lake

A clearer understanding of what is changing.

A more supportive approach to weight and energy.

A realistic way to build habits that last.

And guidance that feels practical, not overwhelming.

The method helps women support the key areas that influence weight and hormone balance in midlife, including nutrition, blood sugar, strength, stress, sleep, digestion, and sustainable daily habits.

White Structure

I work with women who:

are navigating perimenopause or menopause

✓ feel frustrated by weight gain and body changes

✓ notice more cravings, especially later in the day

✓ feel like their energy, sleep, or motivation have shifted

✓ are tired of trying strategies that no longer feel aligned

✓ want a more supportive, realistic approach to health

✓ are ready to understand their body and create sustainable change

If this sounds familiar, you are not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

My own life has taught me that health is not only about what we do.
It is also about how
we live.
And that is the spirit I bring into my coaching.
